DAY RATE – Rental period from 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM on the same day.

Adult Bikes 28”:
Single-speed bike: 150 SEK
3-speed bike: 225 SEK
7-speed bike with basket: 275 SEK
Children’s Bicycles 16”–24”: 100 SEK
Child Trailers: 100 SEK
Child Seat: 50 SEK
Baskets: 25 SEK
Helmets are available free of charge with bike rentals (subject to availability).
Volume Discount: When renting for a full week, days 6 and 7 are free of charge.

Multi-day rentals can only be arranged on-site at our staffed rental locations. You will receive a date label from us indicating when the bike must be returned.

When unstaffed
...you can pay via our webshop – instructions are available on-site at the rental stations. Please note that the day rate from 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM still applies, and multi-day rentals must be paid for at a staffed rental location in order to receive proof that the bike is rented for more than one day. (Think of it like a festival wristband, but for the bike.)

Please choose a bike before you pay so that you know the bike you’re paying for is available! We restock bikes at the unstaffed rental locations in the morning, and what’s there is what’s available that day. We don’t have the capacity to restock later during the day due to limited road access, among other reasons, so we encourage you to choose and test-ride your bike beforehand. before you pay. If you need more air in the tires or want to raise or lower the saddle, please visit a staffed rental location. See opening hours above!

If you want to swap bikes during the day, the easiest way is to do so at one of our rental locations. Please feel free to give us feedback on how we can improve the bike you’re exchanging, if it’s not obvious.

BIKE BOOKINGS:
We are unable to accept bookings during peak season. Mostly due to limited space. For this reason, we recommend that those who can take a boat from Strömstad in the morning do so, as we have the widest selection available when we open at 9:00 AM.

During low season no bookings are needed, but for larger groups (50 or more) – please email us at info@kostercykeln.com so we have time to redistribute bikes between rental locations if necessary.
Because our rental locations are often crowded, we usually prepare booked bikes outside the rental stations so groups can get going quickly

Start and finish for group bookings (low season) are at our rental locations in Ekenäs and Långegärde.

Group discount: 25% for groups of at least 20 people.

NOTE! Our bikes and golf carts are NEVER allowed to leave Sydkoster.
